New for 2016!
May 21 – 22 (Sat– Sun) $395.00
2 day workshop with a meet & greet at 7 pm in the evening of Friday, May 20.
Limited to eight participants
This brand new workshop will integrate your powers of observation, imagination and expression to allow you to develop and refine your ability to see from a photographic perspective. Our vision system, as breathtaking as it is, does not have all the capabilities of our photographic tools. Learning how to see from within the camera is what this workshop is all about.
You will complete a series of exercises, both indoors as well as along the scenic byways and natural attractions of Duluth’s North Shore, that will challenge your imagination and stimulate your creativity. You will spend a considerable amount of time slowing down and exploring your subjects in depth.
Instruction will include composition, camera settings and what they do, exposure and lens selection. Our destinations will include both outdoor and indoor subjects and we will have opportunities to explore wide-angle, macro, telephoto and street zoom lenses.
Cost: $395.00 – Workshop fees do not include food, lodging or transportation.
Workshop conducted Saturday – Sunday, April 23 – 24, with a meet & greet in the evening of Friday, April 22, at 7 pm. Workshop concludes at 5 pm, Sunday.
